Two courts in a converted cow shed in the grounds of a country estate at Salle Moor Farm. Norfolk's first indoor club, and the best location of any of them.
The roof is high and the old building does something no purpose-built shed manages. It feels like somewhere, rather than a box with courts in it.
Herbie's, the cafe on site, is the reason to come early or stay late. Persian inspired, good coffee, cakes and sausage rolls, and a counter that keeps gluten free, dairy free and vegan options going all week.
It is a genuinely quiet place to work, with Padel Culture magazines lying around everywhere. Herbie's runs 9:30 to 16:00 and the courts from 7:00 to 22:30, so plan around the cafe if you want to eat.
