Plenty of people review courts and coaching. This is about the room, the coffee, the wifi, and whether you can work there for three hours before a game. Nine measures out of forty-five, one to five each, all counting equally.

One to five each, all counting the same. Courts and coaching sit outside this list by design, and the write-ups cover them instead.

AtmosphereHow the room looks and feels. Design, light, height, what it does to your mood.
WelcomeWhether the staff are pleased to see you, and how easily you get into a game.
CoffeeCoffee quality on its own terms, not padel-club terms.
FoodMeals or snacks. Something you would eat if you were not hungry from playing.
WifiFast and stable, or fast until the place fills up.
WorkspaceA quiet corner with a desk and a plug you can actually work from.
ShowersClean, hot, and enough of them to use after a busy court.
WellnessSomewhere to warm up, stretch or recover. A five is the lot: a warm-up area, a gym, a sauna and a physio room.
ParkingNot how many spaces, but how good they are. I drive a wide Model Y, so tight bays and blind corners count against it. An EV charger pushes the score up.
