An impressive looking building at Waterhouse Farm, out between Fakenham and East Barsham. Big car park, wide bays, and an EV charging point, which no other club on this list has.
Two indoor courts and one outside, all modern, and the interior is well kept. There is a golf simulator too, which I was not expecting.
What it does not have is a room to sit in. No dedicated food or lounge area, just a coffee machine behind a quiet reception. It is a place to play and leave rather than one to spend a day in, which is the whole thing this list scores.
It is clearly working, though. Membership is full with a waiting list, and there are plans to add two more courts.
